MANAGING DIRECTOR
Simon Bowring
Simon has been operating in the civil construction industry for 36 years in a multitude of different roles. Guiding and growing other civil companies across Australia inspired Simon to establish Neo in 2009 and he has since led the company to significant growth across South Australia.
GENERAL MANAGER
Donald Winter
Don manages the company on a day-by-day basis and as the frontline manager, actively oversees all of Neo's engagements.
Don has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience in the industry.
REGIONAL MANAGER
Rob Stewart
Rob is responsible for managing the regional division of the Neo Group. Rob has engaged his diverse range of skills acquired over 30 years in the industry, building great relationships with our regional clients and completing our works to our high Neo standard.

Darko Filko
Darko has many years of experience in upper management within the civil industry.
To facilitate the volume of work in the northern areas, Darko manages Neo's metro-north division to oversee this important area of Neo's growth.

Jeremy Nankivell
Jeremy has a broad knowledge of the civil industry based on his many roles to date.
Jeremy's knowledge of the Fleurieu region coupled with his strong client focus is driving the growth in this region.

John is highly skilled business development and estimating professional. John's extensive experience in engineering, sales/ management, tendering and project supervision is a great asset to our operations.
