Normanville Caravan Park Upgrade

Neo Infrastructure was engaged to undertake works at the Normanville Caravan Park to upgrade the underground services converting powered sites to accommodate new luxurious cabins.

Due to the sensitive location of these works adjacent to the river, Neo worked closely with the local aboriginal heritage groups whilst all excavations took place. The new sewer pump station involved a large 15T main cell with 2x 10T holding tanks adjacent. Our team encountered extreme challenges whilst working in beach sand and, unknowingly to the design team at 2m deep, uncovered groundwater. As the main works were 5m deep, shoring was also required as well as 100T Cranes to lift in the pump station increments, this all added to the challenge.
